Scott is a Partner of the firm. He is primarily responsible for the group’s investment activity in the healthcare sector. He serves on the board of directors of Hometown Urgent Care, OrthoNet and Gallus BioPharmaceuticals. In addition, Scott is responsible for our investments in Ardent Health Services, Aptalis, Biomet and Symbion.
Prior to joining BAML Capital Partners’ predecessor fund, Banc of America Capital Investors, in 1995, Scott was an analyst at First Union Capital Partners, the principal investment group of the former First Union Corporation.
He earned his B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia.
