Walnut Creek, CA (October 1, 2020) – SPG, a Ridgemont Equity Partners portfolio company and a leading provider of behavioral health and therapeutic services to children with autism and other disabilities, is excited to announce that Southern California-based Go2Consult and Colorado-based Family Support Center (“FSC”) are the newest additions to the SPG family.

Go2Consult is a cutting-edge speech and language services provider for school districts throughout the Inland Empire. FSC is a market leader in using applied behavior analysis (“ABA”) therapy services to help children with autism and their families.

“We are excited to welcome both Go2Consult and Family Support Center to the SPG family,” said SPG Founder and President Susan Stark, M.S., CCC-SLP. “As a provider of multidisciplinary services, this expansion strengthens our commitment and mission to help the families and children we have the privilege of serving. It broadens our geographic coverage, positions us as regional leader in autism services and provides parents with a single point of care for all services their family may need."

SPG is actively seeking new partnerships with providers looking to join a growing, well-respected multidisciplinary platform that has been devoted to caring for its clients and therapists since 1989.

Financing for the transactions was provided by Crescent Direct Lending, BMO Sponsor Finance, and Avante Capital Partners. McGuireWoods LLP provided legal services to SPG, and Brentwood Capital Advisors served as financial advisor to Family Support Center.
